JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by J. Nisha Banu, J) When the matter came up for hearing on 19.12.2024, the learned counsel for the appellant would state that he has already given change of vakalat as early as in March, 2022. Hence, the Registry was directed to print the name of the appellant and list the matter on 02.01.2025.
2. Again on 02.01.2025, when the matter is called, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed on 03.01.2025 under the caption "for dismissal". Accordingly, the matter is listed today under the same caption.
3. Even today when the matter is taken up, though the name of the appellant is printed in the cause list, there is no representation for the appellant.
