CR.NO.252 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased (i) to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners vide order in Crl.M.P.No.8246 of 2021 (i.e) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter concerved court on each and every hearing date at 10.30 am or pass any such orders as this Honble Court (CRL.MP.NO.10634/2021 IN CRL.OP.NO.11673/2021) (ii) to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners vide order in Crl.M.P.No.9033 of 2021 (i.e) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 am till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter on every hearing date (CRL.MP.NO.10636/2021 IN CRL.OP.NO.11675/2021) (iii) to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners vide order in Crl.M.P.No.9035 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.NO.11676/2021(i.e) the
petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 am till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter on every hearing date (CRL.MP.NO.10638/2021 IN CRL.OP.NO.11676/2021) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.NATHAN AND ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petitioners have filed these petitions seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.Nos.8246, 9033 and 9035 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.Nos.11673, 11675 and 11676 of 2021 on 24.08.2021, 13.09.2021 and 13.09.2021 respectively.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. He further submitted that investigation in the case has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the competent Court. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the concerned trial Court at 10.30 a.m. on each and every date of hearing.
5.These petitions are ordered.
