O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 06.12.2021 in W.P.No.31845 of 2017.

2. When this Contempt Petition was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 06.12.2021 has been complied with. The learned Additional Government Pleader has also produced a copy of the Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A1/250/2023 dated 12.09.2023 issued by the respondent to that effect.
