ORDER

An affidavit of compliance has been filed by the respondent / contemnor stating that in terms of orders of this Court dated 19.02.2021, the retail outlet, which is the subject matter of the proceedings has been handed over to the applicant on 20.02.2021 at 13.00 hrs and necessary documents and photographs of handing over the same has also been filed. The same is taken on file and shall form part of the records.

Likewise, the applicant / petitioner has also filed an undertaking affidavit, wherein he has undertaken as follows: "I further undertake to surrender the petrol bunk to the respondent Corporation in the event termination of dealership is upheld, without driving the respondent corporation to file execution proceedings."

The said undertaking is also recorded and shall form part of the records.

3. The contempt petition is therefore closed in the light of the compliance of the order. Consequently, connected applications are also closed.
