2. Though the learned counsel for R1 and R2 made strong objection, subsequently, he submitted that this application may be considered subject to fixing a particular date. So that, the witness will come on that day and cross examination will complete on the same day as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

3. Considering his submission, this application is allowed subject to the condition that the cross examination of R8 shall be completed on 12.08.2022.

4. Post the matter before the Master on 12.08.2022 for cross examination by R8.
