This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2020.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 03.06.2020, wherein the petitioner has sought for the transfer of patta in his name with respect to the subject property.

2.Mr.A.Aruldoss, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent has already fixed the date for enquiry on 24.12.2020 at 4.00 PM. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present at the time of enquiry along with all the relevant documents. The learned counsel further submitted that the report will be placed before the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent will pass orders within the time fixed by this Court.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the cases and also of the fact that the 3rd respondent has already called the petitioner for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to complete the preliminary enquiry and place the report before the 2nd respondent, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The 2nd respondent on receipt of the report shall pass final orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter.

4.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
