ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to dispose of the petitioner representation dated 22.08.2022 seeking survey of the petitioner property situated at Illeedu Village, Cheyyur Taluk, Chengalpattu District 1/4

comprised in Survey No.225/12A1A1 admeasuring to an extent of 6.48 ares comprised in patta No.1281.

2. The petitioner submitted an application on 22.08.2022 with a request for surveying the property, which is pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 22.08.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
