ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the Respondent Police to file a final report in Crime.No.90 of 2025 on the file of the Respondent Police.

2. The petitioner as complainant had given a complaint and FIR was registered against seven persons in Cr.No.90 of 2025 for offences punishable under Section 191(2), 191(3), 190, 296(b), 324, 329 & 351(3) BNS, 2023. But thereafter no action has been taken. Hence filed this petition.

3. The learned Counsel for Govt. of Tamil Nadu appearing for the respondent submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR was registered in Cr.No.90 of 2025 and after investigation, the same was closed as "Mistake of facts" in RCS No.10/2025. Notice was attempted to be served which was refused and later notice was struck on the walls of the petitioner's residence and a photograph has been taken and the same is produced. The thumb impression of the petitioner was also obtained.

4. In view of the same, this Court directs the petitioner to file a protest petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Perambalur and the same has to be considered by the Judicial Magistrate -II, Perambalur on merits.
