ORDER

It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint given by one Bhavani in CSR No.673 of 2020 dated 03.12.2020 is pending for enquiry and the presence of the petitioner is required for concluding the enquiry.

2. The petitioner counsel also represented that he is ready to cooperate with the police and appear before the respondent police for concluding the enquiry.

3. Taking into consideration the abovesaid factors, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 18.12.2020 and the respondent police is also directed to conclude the enquiry expeditiously.
