The learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application for issuance of Sale Certificate in favour of the nominee.

2. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the learned Official Liquidator is directed to issue Sale Certificate in favour of the applicant and hand over the original of document to the applicant as per the procedure.
