In a proposed suit to recover monies in relation to the supply of building materials, this application for leave to sue has been presented.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the purchase order was issued to the applicant at Chennai and that invoices in relation to the supply of goods were also issued at Chennai.

3. Upon examining the draft plaint and considering the above submissions, the cause of action has arisen at least partly within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, A.No.3503 of 2022 is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to institute the suit against the respondent before this Court. Consequently, the Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
