Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Declaration, declaring the action of the 1st respondent in as much as not registering my complaint as a Calender Case and not taking the approval of the committee for conducting the proceedings to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the 2nd respondent at the earliest is amounting to highly illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and pass further orders. Seeking appropriate action on the complaint given by the petitioner, this Writ Petition has been filed.

2. When the matter was taken up for admission, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent submits that the Bar Council has already taken a decision in this regard on 18.06.2016, with respect to the complaint given by the petitioner. Thereafter, as per procedure, the same would be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

circulated to the members and after obtaining signature of the members, final decision would be communicated to the members.

3. In view of the above, the 1st respondent is directed to complete the formalities and the aforesaid decision should be communicated to the members, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
