CMP.No.15008 of 2023 has been filed that the 10th respondent herein mother of minor respondents 11 to 13 namely Mahalakshmi may be appointed as guardian to represent the minor respondents 11 to 13 herein alternatively court guardian may be appointed to represent the minors respondents 11 to 13 herein in the above Civil Revision Petition.

2.CMP.No.15012 of 2023 has been filed that the respondents 10 to 13 herein may be impleaded as respondents 10 to 13 in the above Civil Revision Petition as legal representatives of the deceased 6th Respondent Ramesh.

3.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

4.Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.

5.Post the CRP.No.4086 of 2015 on 15.09.2023.
