Sivasubramanian v. Mrs Rajeswari

C.M.P.No.15226 of 2023 and S.A.No.971 of 2012 K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J.

This petition has been filed to permit Mrs.S.Jayakodi (wife) and two children namely i) Mrs.S.Angu Lavanya Devi (daughter) wife of B.Shiva Kumar ii) S.Angu Balaji (son) to sign in the Joint Compromise on behalf of the appellant Shivasubramanian for the reason that he is mentally sick and bedridden for the past four years. Medical Certificate is also produced to that effect.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and supporting affidavit filed in support of the above petition and no objections being raised on the side of respondents, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

3. Post the matter for filing Compromise Memo on 04.12.2023.
