2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing for the respondent, submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court only for seven days. It was further submitted that the petitioner is involved in 17 previous cases. Therefore, the learned Government Advocate opposed the present petition seeking relaxation of the conditions.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) and the fact that the conditional order was intended to be complied with for at least 30 days, whereas the petitioner has complied with the same only for seven days, coupled with the fact that the petitioner is involved in 17 previous cases, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. 19-06-2026 RKP To
