Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the time is extended till 22.08.2022 to pay the second installment of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakhs only) as ordered by this Court, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
