This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and to quash the proceedings in crime No.286 of 2020 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thingalur Police Station, Erode, Erode District.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
