ORDER

The petitioner is the wife. She has initiated a proceeding in D.V.C.No.9 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court at Ranipet. The husband has filed a counterblast proceeding in H.M.O.P.No.184 of Page No 1 of 3

2022 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Tambaram.

2. The wife pleads that she has no assistance as her parents are old, and that she is unable to travel from Ranipet to Tambaram. The respondent, though served, has not entered his appearance when the case was listed for hearing on 14.02.2024, 27.02.2024 and today, on 15.04.2024.

3. Taking into consideration the fact that the convenience of the wife would be served if the matter is heard at the Sub Court at Ranipet, the proceeding in H.M.O.P.No.184 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Tambaram is withdrawn and it shall stand transferred to the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Ranipet. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs. The connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 15.04.2024 mkn2 Index:Yes/No Speaking Order :Yes/No V.
