Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the bail condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police station every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders, imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.6193 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13710 of 2020 dated 12.10.2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioners to report before the respondent police station every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders, imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.6193 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13710 of 2020 dated 12.10.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.6193 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.13710 of 2020 dated 12.10.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
