These civil miscellaneous petitions are filed to condone the delay of 341 days in filing the set aside abatement petition in C.M.A.No.433 of 2021; to set aside the abatement against the deceased 1st respondentA.Palanisamy and to bring on record the petitioner/proposed party as legal representatives of the deceased A.Palanisamy in the above appeal. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, these civil miscellaneous petitions are ordered as prayed for.

4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title.
