PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the Respondent to conduct further investigation and include all the offence committed by the Accused stated in the complaint dated 18.09.2021 by considering petitioner complaint dated 18.09.2021 in Crime No.2006 of 2021.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondent to conduct further investigation in Crime No.2006 of 2021 and to include all the offences committed by the accused.

The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 18.09.2021 and the First Information Report came to be registered in Crime No.2006 of 2021 on the same day itself, and now, within 5 days this petition has been filed. As the investigation is under progress, the contention of the petitioner will be looked into during the investigation and if necessary, the same to be considered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
