When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.Raj Sharath, representing counsel for the learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) for the first respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed; the charge sheet has also been filed and it has been taken on file in STC No.1984 of 2021; the case had ended in conviction.
