2. According to the petitioners, the first appellant died on 18.03.2018 leaving behind the petitioners 5 to 8 as his legal representatives. Since this petition has been filed within 90 days from the date of death of the first appellant, the respondent may not have any objection for allowing this application. Hence, this application is allowed.
