(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded judicial custody on 07.11.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 4 (1)(i), 4(1)(aaa) and 4(1-A) of TNP Act in Crime No. 528 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982 in D.O.No.5672 of 2020 dated 30.11.2020 by the District Collector, Salem.
3.
