ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 406, 420 r/w 120(B) of I.P.C. in Cr.No.103 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is alleged to have induced the defacto complainant and others to invest huge money in his firm and cheated them.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the intervenor submitted that the petitioner has cheated the defacto complainant to the tune of Rs.1.5 Crores and vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the total amount involved in the case is Rs.4.5 Crores.
