ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the representation/application submitted by the petitioner, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for correction of the name of the deceased in the legal heir ship certificate which was mentioned as Navamani in Tamil instead of Arulnavamani.

2.Heard Mr.A.G.Rajan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.R.Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.

3/5 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, it is seen that the name of the deceased has been correctly mentioned in English as Arulnavamani and whereas, in Tamil, it has been merely mentioned as etkzp. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to make the necessary correction in the legal heir ship certificate and reissue the legal heir ship certificate to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
