ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 8(c) and 20(b)(ii)(A) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Cr.No.287 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with the other accused is alleged to have been found in possession of 340 grams of Ganja.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner is an history sheeted accused and further submitted that there are six previous cases of similar nature as against the petitioner. He further submitted that earlier, the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.No.16255 of 2021 and this Court has dismissed the said petition on 08.09.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the fact that there are six previous cases of similar nature as against the petitioner and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.16255 of 2021, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. -sd/- 10/11/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
