ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to consider his representation dated 05.04.2022.
2. According to the petitioner-in-person, he made a representation dated 05.04.2022 making certain allegations against
the respondents 7 to 9 and praying for suspension of their activities, but no action has been taken on the same.
3. Learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the respondents 2, 4 and 5 submitted that the fourth respondent has completed enquiry, but yet to pass orders and the same was communicated to the petitioner.
4. In view of the above, we direct the fourth respondent to pass orders based on the enquiry completed and communicate the same to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.10303, 10304 of 2024, 22154, 22155 and 24163 of 2023 are closed.
