ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the first respondent to consider the Appeal, dated 22.04.2019, made by the petitioner against the orders of the Tahsildar, Coimbatore North, in Na.Ka.No.10036/2017A1, dated 12.08.2018, transferring the Patta in the names of third and fourth respondents.

2. In view of the limited relief sought for and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the Appeal, dated 22.04.2019, made by the petitioner against the orders of the Tahsildar, Coimbatore North, in Na.Ka.No.10036/2017A1, dated 12.08.2018, and pass appropriate orders on merit and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order, if the same is not already disposed of.
