This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioners on bail pending investigation in crime No. 242 of 2024 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Vellore South Police Station (L & O ) Vellore, Vellore District.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other accused persons attacked the deceased with beer bottle and stones, thereby, the deceased sustained injuries and died in the hospital. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are ranked as A4 to A6 and they were innocent persons and have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that A2 is still absconding and investigation is not yet completed. Hence, he raised objection to grant bail.

5. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, A2 is still absconding and investigation is not yet completed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
