This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to pass orders on the statutory appeal preferred by the petitioner dated 09.10.2023 against the order passed by the second respondents in Proc.Na.Ka.No.01/37129/2021 dated 27.07.2023 within a reasonable time.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
