C.M.P.Nos.17063, 17064 & 17065 of 2018 C.M.P.Nos.17063, 17064 & 17065 of 2018 in C.R.P.No.507 of 2016 V.BHARATHIDASAN, J These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 44 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole revision petitioner Pachamuthu; to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole revision petitioner Pachamuthu and to bring on record the petitioner as well as the respondents 2 to 6 proposed parties as legal representatives of the deceased sole revision petitioner Pachamuthu in the above Civil Revision.

2. According to the petitioner, the sole revision petitioner died on 07.02.2018 and the petitioner and the respondents 2 to 6 are the legal representatives of the deceased sole revision petitioner. The petitioner could not contact the other legal heirs, viz, respondents 2 to 6,and hence, the delay in filing these petitions.

3. Considering the submissions made on either side and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned and all the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
