ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 14(A), 4(1) (aaa), 4(1-A) of TNP Act r/w Section 7 of Tamil Nadu Rectified Rules 2000, in Crime No.238 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons were found in illegal possession of 2100 litres of I.D.Arrack. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner along with other accused persons were found in illegal possession of 2100 litres of I.D.Arrack. He further submitted that there are 11 previous cases pending against the petitioner and he is a history sheeter. He further submitted that the investigation is still pending. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that there are 11 previous cases pending against the petitioner and he is a history sheeter, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
