This petition has been filed to amend the satisfaction Court as XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet instead of V Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet in Crl.O.P.No.12871 of 2023 by order dated 15.06.2023.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.12871 of 2023 dated 15.06.2023 and issue fresh order copy. Further period of one week is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to execute the sureties and comply with the conditions.
