ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct respondent police to register a FIR based on the complaint lodged on 28.06.2021 on view of the order passed by the JM-II, Mannargudi in C.M.P.No.2294 of 2021 dated 25.08.2021 against the accused individuals.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.06.2021 a case in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Crime No.469 of 2021 has been registered on 27.10.2021 in Koothanallur Police Station, Tiruvarur, for the offences under Section 417, 420, 467, 468 and 120B of IPC.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original petition stands closed.
