This Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent to permit the petitioner to hold a public demonstration on 21.06.2025 from 10.00 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. near Rajarathinam Stadium, Egmore, Chennai, the open space notified and earmarked by the first respondent by considering the application dated 28.05.2025 by giving a pre-decisional hearing in person.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pending this petition, the first respondent has granted permission as sought for by the petitioner.
