Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal Appeal Case No.546 of 2020 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to Suspend the Sentence imposed against the petitioners in S.C.No. 241/2016 passed bt Learned III Additional District Sessions Judge, Poonamallee dated 13.09.2019 and enlarge him on bail pending above Criminal Appeal 546 of 2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.Case No.546 of 2020 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SURESH Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.
