ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 14.10.2024 by de-freezing the funds in the petitioner's Bank Account bearing Account No.55550116421676 and IFSC Code: FDRL0005555 and releasing the entire amount of Rs.3,34,462/- held by the second respondent.

2. It is seen from the records that the first respondent is at Mumbai and the second respondent is at Kerala, and they are outside the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to give any direction to the respondents outside the jurisdiction of this Court. 2 / 4

3. Hence, this petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
