These petitions are filed to set aide the abatement caused due to the death of the sole appellant and to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents has no objection for allowing these petitions.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the matter along with the batch on 27.09.2023.
