This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 21.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.17028 of 2022 to report before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice in a week i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
