2. In the affidavit filed in support of this Petition, it had been stated that the name of the respondent has to be amended as M.Yazharasan, instead of Minor Sricharan, represented by his father and natural guardian.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title of the Petition seeking condone the delay and also in the main Appeal.
