The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that already the petitioners were granted interim bail by the Principal Sessions Court concerned and therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petitions and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
