ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent herein to survey the petitioner's property situated at Arumbakkam Village, Tirutani Taluk, Tiruvallur District comprised in Sy.No. 183/17A2 an extent of 0.62 Acres of land and other properties in Sy.No. 183/21A, 183/14 total extent of 1.18 Acres of land altogether 1.80 Acres of land.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner submitted a representation on 11.04.2022 with a request to survey the petitioner's property, which is pending without consideration.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 11.04.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from 2/4

the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
