No.82980/2005/EE3 dated 13.06.2005 of the respondent herein and quash the same in so far as it relates to the petitioner and further direct the respondent to place the petitioner in appropriate place in seniority list of Overseer by reckoning his date of appointment viz., 06.04.1978 with all consequential benefits.
