Cr.No.408 of 2019 PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition that the petitioner is directed to stay at Tiruvannamalai and report before the Tiruvannamalai Taluk Police Station daily at 06.30 P.M., until further orders, imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13948 of 2020 dated 30.09.2020.

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13948 of 2020 dated 30.09.2020, that the petitioner shall stay at Tiruvannamalai and report before the Tiruvannamalai Taluk Police Station daily at 06.30 P.M., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13948 of 2020 dated 30.09.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before learned Judicial Magistrate, Melchengam, on every Monday and also on the dates fixed for trial, until further orders. 5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
