In spite of recording of sufficient notice on the respondent, the respondent was not present during the hearing on 07.01.2025.
2. Even today, when the matter was taken up, there was no representation for the respondent and the respondent was called absent.
3. It is to be noted that the respondent had already been served notice in the application and failed to appear before this Court in the Original Petition or in further application taken out by the petitioner in Application No.1163 of 2020.
4. Considering the averments made in the application and I have been
satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application is ordered as prayed for.
5. The respondent is directed to produce the original Will dated 16.04.1997 registered as Document No.1217 of 1997 on the file of the SRO, Kodambakkam, Chennai on or before 27.02.2025.
