This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.303/23 from the file of the 2nd Respondent to the 3rd respondent and to file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that investigation had already been completed and charge sheet has also been filed before the Magistrate concerned.

4. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
