ORDER

Alleging that the orders of this Court dated 20.02.2025 in WP.No.3500 of 2025, has not been complied with, the present contempt petition is filed by the petitioners.

2. When the matter is taken up today, Mr.S.Nedunchezhiyan, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that this Court while disposing the Writ Petition had directed the 8th to 10th respondents therein to put up proposals for approval of the appointment of the petitioners. However, the proposals have not been put up.

3. Mr.V.Venkatesan, learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that this Court while disposing of the Writ Petition has directed them to put up the proposal for approval of appointment of the petitioners. However, no time limit has been fixed in the said order. He would submit that the respondents in due compliance of the order has forwarded the proposal to the 6th and 7th respondents for consideration. Thereby, the order of this Court has been duly complied 3/6

with.

4. Heard the learned counsels on the either side and perused the records.

5. From the records furnished by the respondents 1 to 5 it is seen that the proposal in respect of the petitioners has been forwarded to the 6th and 7th respondents on 11.09.2025. Thus, the order of this Court has been complied with.

6. Mrs.S.Mythreye Chandru, learned Special Government Pleader (Education) appearing for the respondents 6 and 7, would submit that if the proposal is proper, it will be considered and orders will be passed.
