In the captioned 'Civil Miscellaneous Petition' (hereinafter 'CMP' for the sake of brevity) Mr.T.S.Baskaran, learned counsel on record for the CMP petitioner has made an endorsement and a scanned reproduction of the same is as follows:

2. Today, we have made a separate order in C.M.P. No.15573 of 2024 in O.S.A. (CAD) SR. No.54552 of 2024 (accept the cause title petition).

3. As regards captioned CMP, in the light of the endorsement, the same is disposed of as closed albeit preserving the rights and contentions of petitioner company 'Hindustan Colas Private Limited' (hereinafter 'HCPL' for the sake of brevity) if there is any disputation or contestation with regard to the Board resolution / power or Mr.Sanjay Malhotra representing HCPL (in future).
