Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the respondents herein, relating to impugned G.O.Ms.No.46, Housing and Urban Development dated 05.02.1992 and published in Government Gazette Extraordinary Part II Section(2) dated 26.02.1992 issued under Section 4(1) of Notification of the Land Acquisition Act and G.O.Ms.NO.297, Housing and Urban Development Department dated 15.04.1993 published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary Part II Section(2) dated 16.04.1993 issued under Section 6 Declaration of Land Acquisition Act in respect of the petitioner's lands belonging to her in Survey No.409, in Vilankuruchi Village, Coimbatore North Taluk, Coimbatore District to an extent of 121⁄2 cents and quash the same. This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the respondents herein, relating to impugned G.O.Ms.No.46, Housing and Urban Development dated 05.02.1992 and to quash the same.

2.There has been no representation for the Petitioner during the earlier hearings on 06.06.2018 and 13.06.2018, as well as today at 12.39 p.m. and 02.52 p.m. despite the matter being posted under the caption of "For Dismissal". Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
